Some notes on these articles
This section includes just a few of the more than 600 by-lined articles I’ve had published in the International Herald Tribune, Wall Street Journal, CNN Traveller, GQ, Geographical, Reader’s Digest, Travel and Leisure, Travel and Leisure Golf, DestinAsian, International Wildlife, Earth Times, BBC Wildlife, and many other publications.
Some of these articles below appear in Sultan and the Mermaid Queen (which has some 70 articles); some others have been adapted from chapters in Soul of the Tiger. Other articles in this section relating to orangutans, plight of Sarawak indigenous groups and orangutan intelligence are complementary to the fictional scenes in Redheads. Many of the golf stories are adapted from Distant Greens.
Pictures that relate to some of these stories can be found in the Photos section of this website.
(And I shouldn’t have to say this, but these articles and photos are copyright. Using them without permission is stealing, plagiarism. Don’t be a jerk. Please respect the creations of writers, photographers and artists worldwide.)
